David Batkins - A Certified Firearms Instructor
David Batkins works in law enforcement and has done so since 1981. He has served his hometown of Newport News, the commonwealth of Virginia, and is now working in the county of Culpeper. David Batkins loves to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
